No comas solo. Comer en compañía, rodeado de afecto, conversando, es decisivo para que la comida nos haga bien.

Comer solo se traduce muchas veces en comer de manera inconsciente.  La compañía ayuda a comer de manera más consciente, limitando los excesos.
